Phase Two is the brainchild of legendary AI pioneer Dr. Kai-Fu Lee, gaming industry veterans Mario Ho & Hicham Chahine, and tech entrepreneur Carter Feldman.
Dr. Kai-Fu Lee
Founder
Dr. Kai-Fu Lee is the Chairman and CEO of Sinovation Ventures, founder of 01.AI, and a world renowned AI pioneer. Before starting Sinovation Ventures, Dr. Lee founded Microsoft Research Asia and served as President of Google China. In addition to being one of the world's foremost pioneers of AI, Dr. Lee formed the Interactive Media Group at Apple and served as Vice President of the company. He is also the author of the best-selling book "AI Superpowers", and a frequent speaker on the future of AI and its impact on society.
Mario Ho
Founder
Mario is the chairman and CEO of NIP Group (NASDAQ: NIPG), a leader in the gaming and esports industry. After graduating from MIT and entering the industry in 2018, Mario has been at the frontier of innovation in gaming. After becoming the youngest executive to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with game publisher iDreamsky, 1119.HK), Mario went on to found the largest esports company in China, led the largest international esports merger in history (ESV5 and NIP), and in 2024 became the youngest asian founder in history to IPO in the United States ($NIPG).
Carter Feldman
Founder
Carter is a tech entreprenuer, child hacking prodigy and blockchain pioneer. At the age of 13, Carter first gained notieriety for developing Call of Duty 0-day exploits, the first worm for game consoles, and later built the first modding platform for the mobile version of Minecraft which garnered 20 million downloads across Anrdoid and iOS and fostered a community of 150K+ developers. Outside of gaming, Carter created one of the first blockchain infrastructure providers for Proof of Stake blockchains, which accumulated over $1B in staked assets. Carter is also the founder of Zero Knowledge Labs, a blockchain technology company which pioneered applications of recursive zero knowledge proofs for mining and privacy.
Hicham Chahine
Founder
Hicham is the co-founder of NIP Group and is the youngest Founder to ever list a company on any US mainlist from the Middle East, Arab World and Nordics. Hicham's unrivaled expertise ranges from deep gaming industry ties to the global financial industry and entrepreneurship. From May 2008 to June 2016, he was the Managing Director of Hedge Funds (approx. 100bln AUM) at Formue, the largest wealth management firm in the Nordics. In February 2010, Hicham founded and served as Chairman of Diglife AS, a private equity firm with investment portfolios in lifestyle, gaming and other technology-related companies.
